Inspections
Usually a scary word, however it is simply a snapshot in time. Inspections can be really useful, especially when completed independently, and many companies use these as a check to ensure they are on the right path. We don't just inspect, we support. Where possible, we will help to have actions closed out whilst we are on site. Utilising inspections over time can provide a useful dashboard, and metrics, to support internal improvement. Oh, and yes, we will help you get through them.....and not watch you struggle!
Analysis
Gap analysis is a great tool, for either new businesses or established businesses. These can provide a deeper analysis of where you are up to with compliance, provide a clear and risk rated improvement plan (we let you know about priorities to ensure any big or important bits are done first), look to prepare you for a certification, or a pre curser to an important phase (we recently delivered an analysis of a care home, prior to an Ofsted inspection, to help ensure everything was in place)
