Inspections
Usually a scary word, however it is simply a snapshot in time. Inspections can be really useful, especially when completed independently, and many companies use these as a check to ensure they are on the right path. We don't just inspect, we support. Where possible, we will help to have actions closed out whilst we are on site. Utilising inspections over time can provide a useful dashboard, and metrics, to support internal improvement. Gap analysis is a great tool, for either new businesses or established businesses.
